I get seasonal allergies
Very, very rarely does a person have an environmental seasonal allergy and not have a food allergy. The food allergy, from a food that is usually eaten every day or maybe a few times a week, has created a constant tolerable level of histamine in your body that you probably don’t even notice. Then when your body is forced to deal with more histamine from the environment such as pollen, grasses, ragweed, etc, you now exceed your tolerance mark because you were already at the limit. Now the symptoms appear. A good analogy is to think of a bucket that is full with water (histamine). Once more water is added (from the environment), then it overflows and out come the symptoms. Lowering the water in the bucket by addressing the food allergy or allergies makes the environmental allergies much more tolerable, even unnoticeable. Strengthening the immune system to help deal with the environmental stressors is also a big help. Additionally, many times people have allergies from fatigued adrenal glands. This is mentioned all over this web site, so I won’t talk more about that here. But it is very common. Also common is a lack of digestive stomach causing the allergy. This is also mentioned often elsewhere.
